Ministry ID photo issue

I wanted to try to take a ministry ID photo but I found most of the scarves and outfits don't line up with my face. They all go too low and there isn't any way to reposition them. I tried changing the camera angle and I can almost get them lined up and then they just disappear like I am outside the frame of the shot.

Hats

Any ideas or should I just give up?

The outfits are definitely wonky. I usually just pick a stock photo. Sorry I have nothing to fix the problem, good luck!

Thanks for the reply, at least I know it isn't just me

Don't quote me on this, but I read somewhere that you can resize them.

You sort of can. Tap it and it gets bigger or smaller. Trouble is the change is minuscule. They still look wonky.

    Ahh... Gotcha.

I haven't really tried it yet. Maybe I'll find somewhere for a decent image and take a run through it one of these days. hehe

One thing you can try is to take a picture of an existing picture instead of a selfie. You might get different results.

You have to do this using the front facing camera which could be challenging. If you can mirror your device to a TV that might make it easier.

Once you have a picture that works you can reuse it and decorate it without having to continually manipulate the camera.

I have the same issue, the glasses won't even line up on my face anymore. I'd like to add to my photo but I can't do anything anymore. And it used to work because ive8had the same photo since it started and used to go in and just change the accessories, but now I can't add or change anything.

Hope they fix this soon otherwise, like you all the photo adds are pointless.

I have this problem, as well. The hats don't fit, the outfits aren't the right size, and accessories don't work at all. So I'm in the same boat with everyone else, but for a slightly different reason. You see, I'm a llama. As far as I can tell, the developers of this game completely failed to take llamas into consideration at all. I'm a little offended, to be honest. I hope they're able to search their souls and find it within their hearts to address this blatant disregard for llama kind, and soon.

    Sincerely,

@Acumen thank you for highlighting the inherent species bias that exists in this game! I'm outraged on your behalf!

In all seriousness, I'd be just as happy if there were an option I could toggle to completely remove the profile picture from my game. Think of all the file space I'd save with all of those unused assets being gone, not to mention not needing to clear the red dot from my ministry id page multiple times per brilliant event.
