Wand Slippage

Is there a new joke product out there causing wand slippage? It seems like an awful lot of foundables are unable to defend themselves properly due to fumbling their wands - while I can understand a young Harry, Ronald or Jenny Weasley not keeping control, Tonks seems considerably less likely and Professor Flitwick really seems a stretch given that he teaches the class in silly wand waving. I suppose it's more believable than Mad Eye not being able to handle random wizard dude on his own while maintaining control of his wand though.

We did a deep dive on the problem and discovered that if you don't have want slippage you either break the whole Harry Potter universe or lose a hand.

Lol a certain amount of slippage must be maintained!
