about "how many portmanteaus opened", shouldnt it be varied because there are 1 km to 10(5) km ones

One word of advice - Don't listen to the complaints, some people are never satisfied. The game is great, you all do a wonderful job!

Addicted to this game. I spend a lot of time playing. I believe in the planners and that you have a big picture in the background. Anxious for additional wizarding challenges, what will be needed and new skills. Biggest request is to be able to meet up on the knight bus in an easier way. Label towers or codes or less towers. Big waste of time searching. Love adversaries and having something to do with potions. Gifts! Please allow us to expand vault. We need to be able to store more gifts. I would use gold for this. Lots of strategies on knight bus. Usually can adjust and make.it work. Communication would help. Shielding magi first is waste of 3 focus. So many little things need to be taught. Encourage players to become more than one Profession so they can learn. Reward players for taking more lessons. I can go on and on. Thank you keep up the updates and fun.
Will do survey, but would be nice if I got credit for the 10-15k steps I take every day like it used to.
Overall, I enjoy playing. However, the bonus task 'place 3 images from' specific pages irked me, because it is an unfair task. It is unfair because what it takes to complete varies from person to person. I had just prestiged both of those pages just before the event. I had a long way to go to place three images. Others might have been only one or two fragments away from placing images. I'm not against the task on brilliant events, because everyone starts at the same place.
It’s good that you’re asking questions. But you’re asking all the wrong ones and you’re making assumptions which lead you to ask questions that won’t give you the info that would actually help make the game better.
1). You should have OWLS and test players on their ability to play cooperatively, if they don’t do well they should be restricted from more difficult chambers until they learn how to use their hex’s and charms properly to be cooperative. So many players don’t know how to play properly in fortresses and because you can’t talk to people on the Knight buss, you fail with teams that should easily succeed.
2). The skill tree was fun, but eventually the brilliants become boring, or too “grindy”, and the only reason we do them is for books not because the event is fun. That’s bad. And because RSB are throttled, new players can never easily catch up, and it will be worse and worse as we go along. You need to be able to have like... “familiars” or capture brilliant foes or adversary foes and then use those in battle on your team. Sort of like Pokémon. The event is fun because you get to use the thing you battle and “win it” in the event. You also only need to play a little to have at least a decent one, and those who want to play a lot can try for an ideal one, but even playing a little makes you feel like you can keep up with the “big players” so those who can’t devote 12 hours a week to the game can still enjoy it. Like allowing a professor to “capture” or “befriend” an NPC that’s an auror so they can get focus passed to them or the NPC can help when battling a non-proficient foe. Or something.
3). Event tasks should be all on one page. This whole page 1, 2, 3, 4 is FRUSTRATING!! You do things on one page that won’t count for the second page and then you have to WAIT or grind more because you just happened to place something before you got to that page, or whatever. It’s really irritating. The tasks should work in tandem with each other, you shouldn’t have to find some online site that tells you what all the tasks are on the rest of the pages just so you don’t get stuck, or have to pre-plan all your brewing to time it so you don’t have to wait a whole extra day to progress.
4). It’s VERY APPARENT that you don’t have people in the office actually playing each of the 3 professions on a regular basis. They are so unequally designed. And you aren’t playing the events either. If you were they wouldn’t be so exhausting for such little reward.
I thought the question about gifts was not a good one. I don't see what value it is to the game developers. I chose "greenhouse gifts" because I like getting WSP and Potent Exstimulo Potion (and to a lesser degree, TTD) gifts. But the rest of the gifts from greenhouses are useless to me. I feel like by choosing "greenhouse gifts," the devs think that I'm saying I like all of them. I absolutely DESPISE Ingredient gifts of all types. And by choosing "greenhouse gifts," I feel like the fact that I also like to get Extravagant Spell energy and Essential Runestones every bit as much as I like getting WSP is completely disregarded.

Please give us a break between events!! For example, It isn't fun when we can't do regular portkeys because we have to do event ones. You are burning out your players from the launch of the game, like myself. We need a break!!
@SpaceAce2019 The flee option is used. For a lot of ppl in adversaries once the adversary is placed in a prestige frame they/we do the 2 guards and flee. Flee is also used in forts, for example for a magi to leave the foe temp and go and check if anyone's dead.
and if you go to gear cog options and disable social notifications you'll stop receiving gift notifs.
First, thank you Lola and HPWU team for being interested in our feedback. That being said, the way the survey was worded made it really difficult to answer accurately. For instance, the question on whether we had ever contacted Support, and how we felt about that, was iffy. I’ve contacted them several times (after losing in game items, usually) and most often they have returned my item without too much hassle. On a few occasions tho the service hasn’t been very good. But I only had the option to answer how I felt about them, so I had to put my response right in the middle—neither good or bad, even tho that isn’t very accurate. In my experience, 100% it depends on the representative you happen to get. Some are awesome, some not so much.
Also, the questions on whether we enjoy particular aspects of the game, there is again too much variation to be accurate. Overall for instance, I quite enjoy Adversary events—since I stopped trying to play them as a Professor, and finished maxing the Auror combat skill tree—but the bonus task of placing three images in this last one was absolutely BRUTAL. I mean, yes, bonus tasks are supposed to be hard, but not utterly brutal. That one was super rough on players with vanilla or Bronze frames, but it was incredibly difficult for those of us with higher level frames. I had one on silver and the other on gold. It was a grind and a half, I was barely able to finish and I play this game way too much.
The question regarding my favorite gift to receive isn’t easy to answer accurately either. For instance, “Greenhouse Gifts” encompasses everything from basic ingredients (no thanks, I would rather have no gift at all, seriously) to Potent Exstimulo Potions. (YES PLEASE!!) Same with runestones. Basic runes are...meh, at best, although I can still open them when my energy is full, so that’s something. But Essential runes on up, absolutely!
There’s more but this is already too long, so I’ll stop there. :)

It would be nice to have the ability to verbally chat with my teammates during fortress battles so we can convey what we need from each other without distracting us from defeating our foes.
Part of the time, I live in a place that has 2 inns and no greenhouse within my walking distance. Is there a way to make it one inn and one greenhouse? Or I could just continue asking someone to give me a ride whenever they have an errand. Thank you very much for letting me have at least 10 traces in that 'home' location since I had to spend much longer stays in that location.
Another suggestion that I was not able to convey in the survey is for you to provide us with a timer every time we fight each foe during fortress battles and while fighting Adversaries so that we don't get a message that we took too long to defeat a foe, and lose out on the rewards.
Also, I have not been able to access your map in this website that had the location of inns, greenhouses and Fortresses. I remember using it when I first started playing this game about a couple of years ago. Are you going to make it available again?

Thanks for gathering feedback, but yeah, some of the questions will lead to misleading responses (common issue with these types of surveys). So, to clarify my answers:
Why did we stop counting XP at level 60? So much of the game has become obsolete and boring (Brain Elixers, XP GIfts etc) by doing this. In every other part of the game still count its points when the max level is reached. The game would have so much more if we still got to level up every 2-million XP point and received gifts for it, but still stayed at level sixty. Brain elixers would be valuable, along with XP Gifts, and extravigant Ingredient gifts!
The same is true for Elite foes. Why did we stop counting elites at 1,000. the game would be more challenging if everyone sought out these Elites! Shouldn't we get something for every 1,000 elites we take out! Some of us go into a fortress chamber and take all abut a few points from an Elite, then we abandon that Elite to make it an easy knock out for those who still need Elites. Where is the challange in this?
Why is it so hard to change from one profession to another? If I'm on the Knight Bus and find out there's no Mag's in a chamber and I want to change to that profession, I have a lot of backing out to do and a lot of effort to find that chamber again? Why can't we change our profession while were waiting for others to join the match? This could even be an SOS assignment. Some of us have maxed out on all three professions, others only chose one and saved all their books. Allowing us to use what we achieved would inspire others to do the same! Maybe another SOS Assignment that would allow us to spend the 20,000+ Scrolls, 50,000+ Ministry manuals would be a good challenge. Maybe we could work our way to changing between professions in the chamber itself!
Please devise a way for us to trade our scrolls, Ministry Manuals, & field manuals. I have thousands of these that I will never use. Once again, if we traded these in Diagonally for something (Spell books, DADA books, potions, more SOS Assignments, ANYTHING!) , It would make the game more challenging.
How about some new fortress chamber levels! Maybe just special chambers! Take for instance a dynamic chamber that gives challenge and XP points, based on how fast the team defeats all of it's foes! Maybe there' would be a maximum of 4,000 challange points if the team still had seven minutes left on the clock, but only 3,000 points if theirs six minutes, and 2,000 points of theirs five minutes, etc! With extra points for each player based on the potions and spell energy they use. Some players do a lot in a chamber and others a small amount! Some players seem to stop playing to conserve their spell energy, while having team mates use up theirs! This would spark new challenges! You might even charge every player in these special chambers 60 spell energy points, and even more if they use more than 60!
It would be nice, if we could use gold to increase our Gift Vault above 30! Why not give me room to hold one more gift for 10,000 scrolls or 10,000 ministry manuals (I really want to get rid of some of these) . If one day we find out we can hold 60 Gifts in our vautls, this would just mean we can hand out gifts on the days were unable to go out and wizard on! Even if we paid 100 Gold coins to increase this vault!
I have to say the same about the 100 maximum gifts we can collect a day! Yes we delete some, and even sometimes I'll have 30 gifts in my vault while still hitting the diners and greenhouses for ingredients and spell energy Even though we don't get anymore gifts here, it still seems to count has a gift received.
Maybe we could even get a "GIFT COUNTER" to know when were about to max out on the 100 daily gifts we can collect to give out. After all, some players delete lower gifts in hopes of receiving better gifts to give out!
Please get rid of the basic ingredient gifts, or change the amount given! An ingredient gift for baneberry for example. The game gives ONE of these, yet we need six to make a potion, and if we find this on the ground we collect three! Shouldn't the ingredient gift give the same number has what we find on the ground? This is why the ingredient gift is so useless for many of us!
Potions: Can we make it an SOS lesson that if we want to drink to Estimulo potions, we can, and this would just double the amount of potion uses we have? EXAMPLE: A basic Estimulo has three uses, if we drank two, we would have six uses!
The game makers could make more money if they made a second rental cauldron available! You've hit us with a lot of potion heavy events!

I love playing WU but is very annoying that the bug of the black screen is still happening since past September and I know for sure most of us are still having that problem! But thank you for doing this feedback because is very important for you to know how players feel about the game and what you can improve!
I fear the data will be inadequate. For example, you will find out that we don't like the amount of time for a given event, but you won't have any clue if we think it should be longer or shorter. So there is no way to adjust the events to be more to our liking. Instead of agree/disagree answers, you could have given us # of days to choose from. Or Longer/Shorter/Just right.
I also found myself frustrated by conflicting possible answers. Some CD have been really easy, while others have been nearly impossible. So what do I answer? The average is the only option, which again lacks anything useful.
Instead of checkboxes for "favorite/least favorite", you could have given us buttons (1/2/3) so that we could rank them. This survey could have provided a real depth of data, but it felt very shallow as most answers don't really fit properly with how we feel about the topic.
Give us fully customisable avatars instead of the generic 'wizard' in house coloured robes. Makie 100% customisable, body, face and accessories/outfits as well as 'familiars' or pets that increase/buff certain aspects of the game (+2% depart denial vs emergenices or +10% power vs deficient foes in forts etc) and see your revenue skyrocket. Ministry ID is stupid and useless, I never visit it and ive not changed titles and picture since day 1 launch, my friends cant see much of it either either bc of faulty implementations or bugs. Make it 100% customisable, visible in the map, in the avatar my friends see when they click my name in friends list and in the icon when im fortressing. That i'd spend hundreds if not thousands of $ in, and i very much doubt id be the only one.
I wish after this 2 years those foundables that shackled/restricted by biome or weather could be loosen up a little bit. I am not referring to event only foundables (dragons and their eggs).
Many enjoyable brilliant events have kept me playing.
Would.your planners for these please stop required tasks of great.masterful.casts. These tasks.reqiure.d3xterity and no brain power. I play and enjoy the memory and balance of ke3ping ingredients and potions and planning as with ingress.
I detest loosing ability to play and complete brilliant pages because of a 5ask that is literally impossible for me. My sibling similarly.
Please consider offering a choice of 4 of 6 tasks required to move on to the next set. This is reasonable and customary in all my class lesson plans to allow for sucess in all of my students.
If the goal is fun and entertainment with a bit of brain power then I will continue to play.
If the plan is to be a willing participant in following task master with extremely limited scope setting players up.for.failure before the event has even started i will miss playing.
Adventure synch still does not work and the petty refusal to code for getting the brilliant trace for each task requiring 3 tonic potions per task event to play from "home" is ridiculously annoying.
I am.not fixing all typing errors due to early onset arthritis.

Please allow power to rebuild over time. Too many people are still quarantined and are unable to get to inns and Greenhouses to recharge and opening 20 gifts is just not that helpful if only 2 or 3 power points are awarded.
