Flee and resistance rate too high
I feel like the resistance rate and flee rate is still too high. I am level 21 and things still resist too much. Also anything remotely rare flees after one resist even if I use a Dawdle potion.

though it seems like some of the departing is due to network caching
there are a couple of techniques i employ, flee the battle before the first cast and ensure wifi is disabled
ios seems to reactivate wifi at random and the game gets confused as to which network to use causing hangs
lost my first tri-wizard cup last night from a hang during the transition to the rewards screen even after using a potent esti potion, still reeling from the loss

I'm currently level 27 and I can now often return a confoundable with one cast. I still struggle with many other confoundables, especially hot ones. As a rule of thumb, I always presume a high value confoundable is going to depart if it's the first time I encounter it. It happens so often it's almost a rule. I still might use potions for a first timer, depending on what or who it is but once I've encountered something once, I never use potions on that specific encounter again. Confoundables appear to be much easier to return once you have encountered them already.
So far I find the Dawdle Potion pretty useless compared to the 3 Variants of the Exstimulo Potion... as the Success-Rate of the Trace seems to only relate where the clock-hands are on the "Difficulty wheel".
