Brilliant events improvement
1) The events have 5 tiers (4+bonus), where what you did in the previous tier did not count for each new tier. I know it's game industry sttandard, but it's lazy game design not making a goal count until you've completed the first one. If I catch X fragments during tier 1 whihc will be needed in tier 2, have them reigster in tier 2 at once.
2) Drop the RNG. If a goal is to get fragments from wizard challenges using event rune stones, the drop rate should be 100 % from those runes stones. frustrated people who have not gotten a drop from 10 runestones don't spend money on your game. Try to make happy gamers, not angry ones.
3) Drop the arbitrary goals. Casting spell X, Y times and the likes is, again, lazy game design. Especially when it's not the spells needed for the event fragments in the first place.
Again. Try ti make happy gamers. Not frustrated ones who after a week still have not been able to complete the event because RNG screwed them over in a tiered event.

They dont seem to care abt any of that, the game is a flop, they know it and theyre not trying to have happy gamers. Or at least that's what/how I can only perceive their seeming abusive behaviour towards their gamers/customers.
