Anyone else having issues with opening portkeys? I keep getting a message to allow access to my camera, but there is no option for this in my settings.
I can unlock them by walking, but i can’t open them.
others are having issues with portkeys, yes. If you search the forum for “portkey,” you should be able to find some threads. You allow access to your camera through your phone settings, not the game settings. In case that helps. If not, hard to direct you to the correct settings without knowing what phone you’re using.
I suggest Googling the: "change permission settings for apps on the -put phone type here-
If that fails try reinstalling and making sure you give it permission when it asks initially. If it doesnt ask or the above suggestion doesnt help then take it into your phone store and have the techies take a look.

Same issue, there are no areas in my iPhone X to allow camera for this app. I have searched everywhere in my settings and have yet to find a fix.

scroll all the way to the bottom to find wizards unite. Click on that and in there it has camera. Click this to on

having the same issue on Samsung galaxy s10.
there is no where on the phone settings or the game settings to get the camera to go into ar mode.
I have all the potkeys I can have and cant use any.
