yeah its a known bug (which is also connected to trace charmed oddities producing dm spawns) which was solved in the past (when advers were released shortly after) and was re-introduced by latest 2.17 update. Afaik there's no workaround but you can get edm refunded by going through -> suitcase -> gear cog up left -> legal (bottom right) -> contact support (not forums) -> chat icon up right -> purchases and items -> other -> describe the problem.
thanks for advise, EDM back but support blame my device clock (have to set on auto they said), my device clock setting is always the same from i bought it. 🤨
then reply that youve not had this prob before even w clock settings as they are/were and it was not happening pre 2.17 and that it is completely unacceptable to be blaming you for their bugs and that should this continue you wont ever again spend another dime in buying edms (if we assume you have etc) push back, theyre bureaucrats, or at least behave like they are hah
