you are an auror, youre maxed auror (or at least your stamina nodes), no, it wont go up anymore unless they either give/release a potion/item which perm/temp increases stamina or until they give new/more profession plans that have nodes that do.
If you switch to magiz (profession with most defence +/or stamina) and max that out you'll have 525 but not an auror's power/crit/stats etc.
Professors are somewhere in between an auror and a magiz. very good in forts, very unbalanced in outworld/map etc.

It depends on the profession and the professional training completed. Magizoologist maximum stamina is 525 but we only have Charms (no hexes).
