Very rare, e.g. only available as a reward for completing all Brilliant Events Bonus tasks
Duration 30 minutes.
Improves all RNG aspects of the game including:
* accuracy (reduce opponent dodge)
* precission (increase critical chance)
* spell mastery (increase catch rate)
* departure denial (decrease flee rate)
* high energy food drop rates from inns
* gift drop rates from inns and greenhouses
* gift drop rates from wizarding challenges
* family fragment drop rates from wizarding challenges
* gift drop rates from trunks
* charm recharges from trunks
* potion, key, dark detector and EDM drop rates
* dodge rate vs. feared adversaries
* lower the threshold for masterful/great/good casts (I know this isn't RNG based, but it feels that way sometimes, and it can help people who need it for event tasks but have difficulty getting this)
