I had the same issue, and in my case it resolved itself after some time waiting and very quickly tapping. What I did was: waited at least 6 minutes to make sure the Chamber session I got kicked out of had terminated. When I restarted the app, and the message 'unable to load chamber' appeared I very quickly tapped OK and then very quickly tapped the X button below. When I did this, the frozen wizard appeared on the map, but that time something different happened: the message "don't trespass while playing" message got put up, and when I OK'd the message, the UI got loaded and the game ran again, breaking the loop.
Could be coincidence, but I tried to login 5 times, and the only time it worked was when I tapped really fast past the error message and X button.
