Stuck in FB login loop

I am stuck in an endless login loop. I have logged out of FB, WU, shut off my phone, reloaded apps, updated apps. When I logged in thru Google with my email, it has old info saved and I am at level 1. I had a login issue a while back, so used google instead of FB, it generated a second account, so I have 2 identities assigned to 1 email.

Anyway to solve the FB login loop? Is the duel account info causing a problem?

    update: my google login worked now.


    I am also having this problem. Sucks it started in the middle of community day.

    I am having the same issue. I stupidly messed with my Facebook settings and accidently removed HPWU from my apps, and now when I try to log in to HPWU through Facebook (the only connected way), I get an error message. I've tried everything I can think of, and I can't log in. I hope there is a solution, because I'm a level 60 magi with my SOS tree completed with the exception of one item, and the adversaries tree completed as well.

    Obviously I signed into this forum with my HPWU ID and stated that I had signed in through Facebook, so why doesn't it work with the game?


    HPWU is my escape from reality stress reliever, and I'm really stressed right now. Can anyone help? Why isn't there an option to just sign in with my email address? Why do I have to go through Facebook, Google, or Apple?

    I am experiencing this today. I was playing just fine this morning, but now somehow I was signed out of the game, and I am unable to log back in. I have the game connected to Facebook. The screen comes up saying "log in with Facebook app", and when I click on that the FB app opens asking me if I'd like to continue. I press continue and am just taken back to the previous page with nothing happening. :( I tried deleting and reinstalling the app, but it didn't change anything. Help!
