Got kicked out. When I restarted the app, opened to the "cannot load chamber" screen. When I backed out to map, avatar was staticky & jumping, with nothing else on map.

Day just started and my first knight bus kicked me out and keeps looping me back into an empty fortress. When I leave, I can see the map but I can't access any buttons (home, cart, adversaries, dailies). Could I get reset? Thanks for any help
Mine too. I restarted a few times and I can go back on the map now, but cannot get in chamber as it makes the game freeze and had to restart again. What a waste of my Baruffio’s Brain Elixir
I'm having the same issue. Stuck going into a chamber, restarted and now stuck at black chamber screen, if I X out, takes me to the screen but I can't do anything. Please unlock if possible.
Edit - now unstuck 10 minutes later (if you fixed me, thank you!) but afraid to try the Knight Bus and I have 4 chairs to get yet. Guess I'll leave them for a while.
having the same issue this afternoon. got the unable to load message then my character is frozen in place and can't access the knight bus or my map. tried restarting multiple times and lost my level 4 oddity runestone
I have the same problem. I have lost 2 MOM runestones and have reinstalled the game twice. If I try to cast a spell or do anything else on the game it crashes. It won’t stay open for more than five seconds. Please either let us know if this is a Niantic problem or what I can do to fix it myself.
I'm also locked out. It happened last night but my game was working again when I got up, and I didn't imagine it would still be a problem when I came home and tried the Knight Bus after work.

Same thing happened to me.
Got kicked out.
Can’t load chamber.
Return to blue tinted map screen with no buttons available.
Tried uninstalling then reinstalling, still the same.
I just had the exact same issue. I had a tonic running too :(
Edit: The problem just resolved itself. Not sure if repeatedly restarting the app had anything to do with it.

Got locked out too. Unable to load this chamber, then taken to the blank chamber list, then to the white void. Please help!

The same thing happened to me too.
This bug is a permanent fixture for me now. It's a hit or miss. I'll refrain from high level fortresses until this is fixed.
Same here... got a brain elixir running to and was on my last event runestone to finnish part 4 but i guess that's blown now,....
