New update - sprint users

With the newest update sprint users get stuck on an opening screen.

UPDATE DATA PROFILE for your particular phone model should eliminate the problem!! Good luck!

    I am still unable to get wizards unite to open when I am using cellular data. It works fine when I am on WIFI. I am on the Sprint network using an iPhone X. I tried restarting my phone and removing and reinstalling the app. I think I updated my profile (called ##873283#). Not sure if that is the correct process, but it did display a message about service update complete.

    Any other suggestions on fixing this issue?

    Since the latest update, i downloaded All Assets to save on mobile data when i leave wifi to go about town to collect energy and foundables, but this time data has been draining fast when it shouldnt be, and its not just myself, there have been several complaints through a facebook group that brought my attention to this and im glad i saw the post or i would have lost mobile data by tomorrow and not know why. what can be done about this?

    @Wendystaub Thanks! I’m a Sprint user having this problem. I didn’t think it could be related to phone provider. Going to try the tip! :)

    I am also having this problem. Nothing seems to work to be able to play on Cellular data. I’m with Sprint as well.

    Update

    Setting the phone to 3G works!


    Discovered that this is only necessary to start the game. Once the game loads to the map, switching back to LTE the game continues to work.

    However if the game restarts while LTE is on, login will fail.

    "Parking" the game in a vault, will mitigate "restarting while idle". Allowing me to use the phone for other tasks and return to the game without the hassle of booting the game in 3G.


    Note: This game has always had problems with the network protocol stack. Disabling Wi-Fi while "in the field" improves reliability and reduces glitching.
