Sudden Influx of Mystery Items

I’m currently on the “Calamitous Conundrum” S.O.S. Assignment, and today I have gotten a huge influx in mystery items dropping from Foundables — one of them even from a pixie in Lockhart a adversary chain. The thing is, only one of them (the London Five transcript) is part of the S.O.S. assignment in question.

I was under the impression that the drop rate of Mystery items was tied to the S.O.S. assignment you were on. I’ve placed a few of the ones I’ve got (to be honest, the first was because I wasn’t sure if it was l one I was waiting on or not, another was a case of fat fingers). I do wonder if already having these items is going to be a problem when I reach the S.O.S. assignments that feature them, though?
