Can a feature be created so people who are stationary and indoors while playing this game can bypass the spawn reduction effects of inclement weather? I know one of the benefits of this game is people go outdoors and exercise more often. However, what if they are required to stay indoors for some reason and they also want to play this game?

Yes yes THIS!!!!! 1000 TIMES THIS!!!!!! Why do we even need these warnings when lockdowns are in place. Also I have to shield myself as I'm vulnerable. And I get daily weather warnings, inaccurate mostly. I live in Russia, Rostov Oblast', City of Rostov (very centre), and the warnings are correct about the outskirts of the City. Rostov Oblast is roughly the size of England and yet it's treated by AccuWeather like one and the same place. Imagine if weather warnings were the same for the City of London as for Surrey and further! Of course, I'm paying for potion ingredients, sometimes even for energy and potions themselves (that's for Adversaries). And I used to live in a tiny Englush village with barely any warnings and a ton of spawns even during storms. I just don't get that. I thought that moving to a large city would make my playing even better but nooooooo. I'm glad that I pkayed hardcore while living in that English village and got almost all pages gold and have finished 2 professions plus did all red boos for the third one. Meaning I can play bare minimum. And that I had spare funds to do my energy, ingredients and potions vaults extentions because I had no need to spend those on energy or ingredients. Otherwise I would've uninstalled this game on my arrival here. This whole thing drives me bonkers. I come out only when I have to. We got COVID neighbours in several flats here and a COVID hospital very close to where I live. I just don't fancy getting infected.

Why could I hide from storms in England without spawn reductions but have to deal with warnings that apply mostly to villages and my city's outskirts?
