What happens when you have collected all the fragments of an adversary guard?

Without a registry for adversary guards you can't look up what you earn when all the guard fragments have been collected that I can find.

the adversary guards dont have images or pages of their own, they drop randomly the other images in the adversary pages. There is no sphinx or troll or snatcher etc images, they drop stuff from their respective adversary page.
