Rental Cauldron

I know you need to make money off the game, but the rental Cauldron seems like a really bad deal. It costs a lot of gold for a short time of use. I can't imagine many people are in such urgent need of potions that they pay for the Cauldron.

Maybe we could pay to unlock it permanently? I know I'd pay gold for that for sure.
