With the bug I am not able to get my free gifts, is there any update about getting this resolved? I enjoy the game play everyday and buy extras. Very frustrating at the moment.I’m missing out on events not working properly and some updates would be nice other than the standard message you have posted. I have already deleted the game and reinstalled it nothing got resolved. Just want to play with the full experience.

    Since the bug has been known for so long, I don't get why they don't just add the gifts straight to everyones inventory. At least I'm low on potions, se and ingredients for everything and i haven't even played that many of those adversaries, since they are so hard. So I don't think it's fair that some people don't get the gifts, when i can't play even if I got them.
