Potions while fighting adversaries

Is there any way that you can make it so that you can activate a potion between enemy attacks when they attack you multiple times in a row.

it is very frustrating when fighting an adversary and they hit you 3 or 4 times in a row and you can’t use a health potion. I’ve lost a lot of battles because I was hit 3 or 4 times in a row and didn’t have the opportunity to use a health potion between their attacks.

not that i know of, but on the other hand I have the feeling that's what the devs want, an actual challenge that may defeat us, idk which profession you're playing in as but the best one for non-potion usage is magiz. if you dont mind spending 20-40 SE per adver (depending on the adver). Aurors and Profs (but specific aurors) are very potion dependent.

@Drakonite Auror's might need more health potions, but Professors need higher level Extimulo potions, due to the large difference in damage. I have swapped between both and the time to brew potions required for Adversaries is drastically less for Aurors, than Professors, as well as the SE requirement being nearly cut in half for Aurors, even when using less Extimulo potions.

When they release Lethals, if they have higher HP; the potion cost could be insane. Without the extra dodge and precision that we have from the first two combat lines, they will be hitting more often and you will not critical as much. Couple that with their increased dodge and potentially higher HP and we will be looking at spending multiple Potent Extimulo per encounter.

how i envision lethals is you get an initial 3-4+ tries to defeat them, then if they attack you they have 50-99% chance of an insta 1-shot defeat. If they don't 1-shot you (regardless of profesison) they leave you with one stamina left, then you get another chain of 3-4 attacks then if they attack again you're dead (unless youre fully healed). Make it an actual challenge.

maybe the lethal adversary have cooperation option like kind of invite friend in POGO?

something like sharing the damage deal among players with the probable high stat or stamina of lethal adversary.

To return to @DarkMark2019's original question, unfortunately you just have to plan for it and decide a level of HP at which you will take your healing potion. For me, I generally take a sip when I get below 100 HP, unless I'm fighting one of the weaker ones and they are a few hits away from losing.

An absolutely safe threshold would be pretty high and unneccesarily waste a lot of healing potions, but the lower you go the more risk you take. Last week I had a basilisk hit me SIX times in a row. Fortunately I had plently of health at the beginning of that series of attacks, but one more hit would have taken me out.

aurors have 296 health, if the dragon (for the event) hits you 3 in a row and you dont dodge a single 1 its 240 stamina, if you have 241 you live, 240 minus you die. 4 strikes in a row and you dont dodge 1-3 youre dead no matter what you do (80x4=320). I always heal every 2nd successful dragon attack, so every 80x2= 160. As an auror with both 75 DADA nodes, maxed wit and potent I can 3-strike that dragon. If one doesnt have the 75 DADA nodes and/or doesn't want to consume too many potions then magi is the only real alternative, if one doesnt mind having to spend too much SE and time.

That's a nice chart - it could sort of do with critical damage shown too. @Drakonite you have full upgrades on everything, was I right in totting it up to a 75% chance of criticals for an Auror with adversary upgrades?

If lethal adversaries need to be harder, I'd rather they made them harder to hit (smaller target / more movement - some of the adversaries do seem to have this a bit - not dodging) or keeping/increasing the level of damage than having high health. Slogging through a million hit points is attrition not fun

@SwampRatUK not my creation, made by plotter101, (he) can be found in twitter and global discords like wuw, afaik.

As for auror crit odds in advers after 1st strike it's 85%

As for lethals, yeah idk, I think theyve sorta shown what it'll probs look like: aurors will need a lot of potions, probs more than feared, especially healings, magiz will be able to do w less potions but more time and SE usage and profs will need slightly less healings than auror but more extims. I do think the lethals will have higher stamina and more power/dodge/smaller circles etc and if im not mistaken lola or some1 else from WB have said that they'll be found-able only during events and from edms (not wild like feared). I think chances are that they'll be a -big- challenge if/when some1 doesn't have the (lethal) nodes, and when/if some1 finishes them off for a profession they'll be much easier, or almost overpowered completely.
