Bug when placing fortress fragment

5 minutes ago, i was placing fortress fragment “yule ball invitation”, when i place it, the rank not count. I lost my 1200xp, its mean 12 times full family rank and get 12 family runestone or goldgift/trace charm. Please fix it. Thanks. I had that bug 4 times for placing fortess Fragments.
