Transition accounts

My mother decided to leave Facebook (too political, fights, etc) but used it to log into Wizards... She pinged me (being Tech Support for anything), if there was a way to transfer her character to Google?


I didn't see any way in the settings, is there any way to transfer her account to a new log in?

    @PetronPendrake Hi! If she can still access Facebook, you can link the Google account by following these steps:

    Go to in-app settings > Help/ Legal (bottom-right) > Link from Google.

    Note: You can't unlink Facebook just yet as it's still the primary login method on her account (logged in using the Facebook method). To do that, sign out and log in again by using the newly linked Google account. Please refer to our help article for more details: Account Linking
