Whoever is in charge of HPWU has ruined a great game. Too greedy to make us buy coin, ridiculous event challenges, stingy on rewards. I have spent $100's but never again. Shame on you Niantic.

How do you do a brilliant event in one hour? The ones that include “use two TDP’s” will take 30 minutes just for that task., because they won’t let you drink the second potion before the first one runs out.
"Fun" is subjective. Some folks can play & enjoy it without purchasing the gold required to even the playing field. For instance, to be competitive in Dark chambers I need to use Potent Estimillos. But it can't be brewed without unicorn hair which can't be found on the map. Using port keys lately has been futile. They give 1)spell energy 2)XP 3) family XP 4) hermit crab shells 4)erumpet horns & 5)powdered dragon claws. With a couple others thrown in here & there... all of which are in abundance on the map. And Paramount's just give a larger quantity of useless ingredients. For me to have fun I used to buy gold in order to brew @ $30 per unicorn hair. Niantic has chosen to prey on folks who simply want to compete. I don't pay anymore, but it's not as fun as I'll go weeks without a Potent. I tried to quit but went back after a self imposed 'no paying, only playing" rule. So I don't judge others who quit or those who just play. ...on the unfair playing field we're given.
@KnifflerBaby another way to get unicorn hair is from Exstimuolo ingredient gifts. I pick up plenty of those. If you post your friend code I will add you and start sending them.

4/4 “ cast 20 great spells in a row” appears to be misworded. I haven’t completed it yet, but it keeps counting up even when I miss one.
