changing my code name

Hi there
Im Try I g to change my code name and it says my code name cannot be changed at this time. Is there a limit to changing names or is this a bug. I don't remember changing names before but I might have once when I first started playing....please help. Thank you.

you can change your username in-game once, if youve already done so then that's it. There is a very very very small possibility that if you contact support in-app (gear cog -> help/legal -> get support -> chat icon up right corner -> general question -> MInisry ID
and the bot will transfer you over to a human being, but make sure this is a one off as well, something like "hi i changed my code name but i made a typo can you please ...' etc.
if you havent used up your 1 code name change then also in-game support can help you out w that.
