I'm sure I'm late to the party on this, but I was able to find two Draco adversaries (and prestige!) by using a trace charm on a regular CoMC foundable. Just throwing it out there in case I wasn't the last to find out!
Yes. Old bug, identified the same day that Adversaries were enabled... quit posting about it, before it gets "fixed", like the trace charm. I'm hoping that it takes as long as wayfarer syncing to get fixed... but it will likely get fixed soon, since all bugs that benefit the players seem to be ultra high priority.
