SOS and tracking not working

I see that there is an issue with SOS. But doesn't sound like my issue. For me, I am not reviving the werewolf hair or foxy droppings tho I have seen them and been on this level a long while now.

Also my step counting is not longer counting toward my distance for porkey and never did for the daily assignment.

Any suggestions? Thanks!
