Unable to make purchases or claim complimentary gift

Hey—just started the new brilliant event and I can’t make any purchases in diagon alley I’m also having trouble searching the known issues—I get an error message every which way I turn!

    I have been having this issues as well. Can not make any purchase at all

    This is a known bug affecting iOS; if you have access to an Android device try using that.
