iOS Purchasing Issues in Wizards Unite

We are aware of the in-app purchasing issues impacting our iOS players and are investigating potential fixes.
In-app support can assist players with requests to trade Gold for in-app items. We are currently experiencing a high-volume of tickets, and we appreciate your patience.
Due to support limitations, our support team cannot assist with adding complimentary items or with purchasing Gold.
We appreciate your patience as we work to resolve this issue. Once we have a fix, we will investigate ways to resurface some of this month’s complimentary event content.
While not guaranteed to work, we have found that the following troubleshooting tips have resolved the in-app purchasing issues for some players:
-Restart the app, complete an Encounter, and attempt the purchase again
-Logging in and out of the Apple Store
-Logging out of your Apple ID account before making a purchase
