It’s great that we now have a path for replenishing our DADA book supply, but my account is effectively dead in the water without a similar feature for Restricted Section Books.

Can one of you confirm if this skill gives regular skill books or Restricted Section Books? The wording is very misleading.
No Restricted Section Books, only an occasional spell book.
sage advice gives access to the magnificent rune gift, which gives x2 red books and x1000 wxp. so far the only avenue of gaining restricted books are brilliant events.
I would agree here. My girls have events they are totally excluded from (Adversary events) because they have not finished their trees so they can't do adversaries but since they are over level 14 (28 and 32) they are excluded from the concurrent low level account. It would be nice if they made it faster to gain RSBs so it will open up faster. All others can be gotten from ****.
