No fragments after winning fortress battle?

Hello, just wondering why I do not receive any fragments at all after winning a battle. It happened to me five times since yesterday.. Until now I always received at least a challenge fragment and if luck was on my side a family fragment as well. Did I miss some info or is it just bad luck to me? Thank you for replying

• If a Fragment counter is maxed, the Rewards Screen no longer displays details of the Fragments that have reached the max Fragment count. Players still receive the correct amount of XP if extra Fragments are converted.

First time I received the bonus runestone reward without a chamber reward.

Dark Chamber 5, played with 4 other players. Dec 18, 9:55 CST.

Super disappointing as these are difficult chambers and I haven't been able to prestige either page in the wand category.

Same issue and do not see any maxed challenge fragments in my storage that would correspond with the chamber in which I battled. Tower 5

Before anyone responds with even more of the same thing, look at the 2nd post by @OGMagus. It is already a known issue.

Your fragment is maxed, so it does not show an additional fragment earned.
