Feature Request/Urgently needed: Way to get back books spent in profession

Hi,
a long time there was no use to red or green books for people with profession maxed out.
So I started a second professsion and started spending my red and green books.
Now with the new features I urgently need them for the new mechanics.
It is not only my fault, because you never told us, that we should not spent them and save them for future updates.
I am willing to pay for it with gold to get a reset. Please give this to us . This way you could earn something additional.
Otherwise we have no option, than to quit the game, because earning red books in a very high level is really slow. Therefore I would need months of playing to get my books back.

how is it slow? i mean a rune lv 5 in a dark 5 w 5 ppl is almost a rank up (2 books) per rune (2.5k chxp/ 3750 chxp), itd be better for them to lessen the KB instances so that ppl can find each other easier. And then you also get 1.2k chxp per every image (re) placed
Yes it is very slow. I need 45 red books for the next level. Thats 168750 xps. So this would be 68 dark chambers 5.

Thats what I call really slow. I do not want to invest several hours a day for weeks to do so.
And I would have plenty of red books, thats why I am upset!
fort for an hr 555'ying and ya get 20+ books, I dont think its slow or that it should become faster.
I need 5-10 minuts just to find a full party in dark tower 5 AND I live in a verry populated area... And at least one out of 3 attempt fail because of random who don't know how to play or play way above their levels and that's only if a spend several potion myself if not the chances of failure is more 1 out of 2 attempts...
Drakonite and your calculation calculates in usage of brain elixir.
It is way to slow, Nikrul is right, you can do about 3 dt5s if you
are really lucky.
That would be the right speed if I did not spent thousands of books in a second preffesion.
But so it is way to slow.
brain elixirs dont increase challenge xp, only wxp. And given that we finish roughly each d5 every 4 mins thats 30 D5s in the 2hrs we play, which means around 20-30 rank ups which means 20-30x2 books total in 2hrs.
We have a team that we beacon and play w, no having to find randoms, nikrul has been given the discord server link, he/she/they can find us if they want to speed up their acquisition of red books. :)
Personally Im a completionist, Ive done all 3 professions completely (reds and greens) and I intent to do that x3 to get that achievement and then do it as many times more needed (assuming they release 4 or 10 new plans per profession).

Suuuuure. I've just lost 3 potions and a level 5 stone due to an idiot (or troll) Professr. We pumped her (based on the name) to max with focuses, she shielded only herself, hexed only her foes, and did not cast proficiency for the whole 10 minutes.
I demand to give us either the option to invite friends to the chambers (with private sessions a'la PGO) or give us a different way to get red books. (The 1:200 chance from trunks is not a proper alternative.)
get yourself a discord group then, Ive not had to play w randos for months, I do 1hr a night fort runs in 555, have all 3 professions maxed out fully and over 2.5k red books excess, meaning I can finish all 3 adversarial plans (if i had the dada) with almost 800 reds to spare.
They made it very much easier to get red books when they messed up the registry and lowered the numbers. Every rune 5 in ruins 1 can get you 1.2k chxp from replacing an image in the books pages in challenge reg. every 8x3 is a rank up. that's 2 books, and you have the nodes from family and you can have a group through discord to play with. It's easy enough as it is.
I do agree they need to give us an easy way to find ppl in the bus though.
