I'm not sure but they might have change the drop rate or a Was just lucky. Today I got the second wit sharp gift after 2 fortress and the third after just one greenhouse visit.
Something Else that May have helped BOTH TIME I GOT A WIT SHARP IT WAS JUST AFTER RESTARTING THE GAME.
So if you're still stuck try and restart the game between attempts at fortress and GH just in case this was not a coincidence for me.
@hpwulola No, I'm afraid we cannot get Wit potions on the KB, at least not since the event requiring them as a task started. I'd gotten one a couple of days before the event, but since the event started I have gotten none. Over 50 fortress challenges, I've totally lost count of the adversary challenges, plenty of space in my gift inventory, 2 days of trying almost 100 potions used 100s of energy spent, Wit gifts zero. There are 100s of complaints about this problem on the WU event post on FB, in FB groups, and likely in game trouble tickets sent (I know I sent one). As if yet, I've not seen any recognition of the problem.
Assuming the people that could change things are off for the weekend, do you think we'll see either a fix on Monday (personally I had luck on Sunday, have then stopped trying so can't see if it was just a brief patch or overall increased rate) or a nice apology gift pack for everyone, or both perhaps?

I have been trying since Friday night to find Wit's, came here Saturday night to vent, but read here that someone was finding them in the Forest Chambers.
1st go at FC2 picked up my 1st Wit, tried another 12 Forest chambers, with and without team-mates, nothing...

In another thread @hpwulola said that it was intended to be relatively straightforward to complete this task from Fortress battles and that the devs have been notified that something seems to be amiss.
Following a hint from someone else, I spent over an hour finding a group to do a Dark V battle (after multiple tries where the chamber didn't fill, and one nasty failure where I was in what I thought was a strong balanced group of 4 (maxxed AAMP) and the other players all quit in the last few seconds) and got my first gift there; when I have a few hours to work at it I'll try again.
relieved I finally got my gifts about a half hour ago after spending the entire weekend trying and submitting tickets today. I feel bad for others who won't because of this dumb task though😕

The **** rate is awful. Frustrating. I can't play for hours more today. I got one from a fortress on Friday and one from a greenhouse on Saturday.

@love4hawks obviously you need to have space in order to receive them but you can simply delete them you don't HAVE to give them.
Even with space people need to do hundreds of GH or Wizarding challenge in order to find the three **** gift
