Does this mean that the amount of XP received for a return will be reduced from the 500+ level to much less? Does this mean that already accrued XP will be reduced?
This event is exciting because for the first time the amount of XP obtained for the amount of effort is reasonable. Prior to this, the XP obtained is very stingy.

actually the event we use it for the scrolls and restricted books
But we need xp but they are taking it away from us ;-;
