No image in rewards summary for a max fragment.

Max fragment images are missing following a trace encounter and fortress battle following the recent update. I recieved the bonus fragment points after returning a trace, but no image of the trace. In fortress also. Challenge foundable not shown after the battle if its maxed. Points still awarded, just no image if maxed. Reoccured in several encounters.

Maybe that is intentional, since you no longer earn the fragment, if it is maxed.
