What do you have against BLU phones?

I went looking for a new phone, with a limited budget. I found a GREAT phone, a BLU G90 Pro. I checked to be sure it met all the requirements of phones to play HPWU ... except it won't play it.

Aside from not having 5G and having only 4 gigabytes of RAM, it's pretty close to a Galaxy S20, except that it only cost $150.
So could someone explain why I can't play HPWU on it? And also why Ingress and Pokemon will play on it.
What do you have against BLU?
