The App is suddenly unavailable for me?

My only options on the play store are to uninstall the entire app, and I can not launch the app at all. I'm in the USA and use a Samsung Galaxy S9+; just noticed the issue now, and I was playing late last night.

EDIT: Restarted my phone again, and the app is working again. Absolutely no idea what happened, or is happening, but yeah.
