Knight Bus improvement regarding Spotlight Events

A feature request, and maybe kills two birds with one stone regarding another issue found in the Knight Bus.
Issue:
I get the impression that the Knight Bus serves players from a wide variety of countries (if not worldwide, though I don't see many non-roman fonts in names). This causes the issue that, when someone from the UK starts a chamber (without the Spotlight Event active yet) and plays with someone from Italy (WITH the event active, expecting a specific reward) the UK player doesn't receive their reward, even when for them, the event is active.
It also causes the issue that the chambers are very much empty, it is sometimes difficult to get a 5-group together.
Request:
The feature request that would solve both: make it so, that players in a specific time zone end up together in a chamber server, -preferrably-. Then, events with local times are most often active for all participants, granting everyone the promised rewards. The chambers also would be more crowded, plus, as a bonus, you will get more chances to meet your local friends when server hopping.

**** no! that'll make it impossible to beacon and search to find ppl in friends list and play w friends in bus, when your friends are all over the world. I have friends from same timezone as me, to -8 GMT to +5GMT. No!!!!!!! Not unless they 1st serve us w the means to send out invites like pogo.
Also why? If you are in teh uk and italy player starts floor you get rewards then uk gets rewards, if uk finds only uk (or other countries in same timezone) then none of you are getting rewards for 1hr, similarly if uk can then find ppl from usa/pacific time after uk event has finished you can continue to get rewards after event ends for you.
My guess is that if you didnt get rewards then italian player wasnt the one who actually started the lobby.

Rather not, I like to play midnight and later. If I'm forced to play only with my own time zone I have to play around lunchtime and evening.
During events it can be a solution for uncertainty which rune I play with.
