Scroll Conversion to Books

I just want to add to the number of requests for an ability to convert scrolls to books. Scrolls are completely useless at this point in the game for me and my friends, and just collect to incredible levels - one of my friends has 8,600! And books are so hard to come by it would only make sense that there would be a manner of converting these scrolls to books.

It is preferred that you add a reply to one of the many suggestions for this, rather than add a new thread... and there are many of us with well over 50k scrolls. They don't add up nearly as fast as field guides do, though.
Not sure about "the many suggestions for this". I did a search and could only find this one and one other , each with only a couple of comments. Please point me to a major discussion of scroll exchange ideas and I will add my vote. :-)
I agree with the trading suggestion. I have nearly 17,000 scrolls and over 13,000 field guides. Something needs to be done
