Unable to Unlock Portkeys

Hello,
I have a few portkeys that are ready to be unlocked however, once I click on a portkey to open it, the boot is out of reach on my phone. The blue line and boot I need to click does not move and is out of view even when I move my phone around. I have tried closing out the app and restarting it and I even deleted the app and reinstalled. The issue still persists.

I dirty fix is to turn off gyroscope for portkeys in the game settings, i think this will allow you to at least open the one's you in stock now
