See title... how long does it take for a post to get approved? Some take more then a week... and some lose relevance over time...
Imo it's a bug.
Sometimes I have to switch from mobile to desktop to get the exact same message through.
If I want to post pictures, I have to post the messages without pics and edit them in later.
Often posts including images will get sent to moderation for manual approval. This is just to make sure everything on the forum is family-friendly.
