New iPhone 12 Pro. iOS 14.1. I tried redownloading the app several times including restarting my iPhone 12 Pro, as soon as I click on Submit after birthday the app crashes.
What should I do??
I am getting a crash on launch now. Even after reinstalling it immediately dies after I hit submit on my birthday screen.

I am having the same issue. New iPhone 12 Pro. iOS 14.1. I tried redownloading the app several times including restarting my iPhone 12 Pro, as soon as I click on Submit after birthday the app crashes.
I can't get the game to load at all on my iPhone SE running iOS 14.2.
This has been going on for approximately two weeks. I have restarted my phone, uninstalled and reinstalled the app, updated the iOS, and have looked through all my settings. When I try to open the app now, I get the birthdate screen, enter my birthdate, and the game closes on me. This happened with iOS 14.1 and now with iOS 14.2. I'm on game version 2.15.1. Any tricks to get it back?
Others have experienced this, they said clearing safari data fixed the issue

Hi FourPlus4, unfortunately this didn't work for me. I now get to the Submit button after entering my birthdate, but once I hit Submit, the app crashes. Any other ideas? I've searched the forum quite a bit and haven't found much that looks helpful.
Hi Kogtevran, I’ve been having the same issue as you since updating to iOS 14.2 and tried the above fix. Did you end up resolving your problem?

Something you can try is to change your device language and location to others and then (back) to English and current location respectively. And try these steps too Troubleshooting Guide (iOS)
If all things fail, try logging in with a different device if you can. It'll tell you if this is device or account related issue. Good luck!
