Am I the only one?

This has been on my mind since I first saw it when I started playing on 2019 25 06 and first encountered the Dark Magic Foundable Hand of Glory. I have been debating about posting about it since. Am I the only one that finds it odd that Aresto Momentum is used instead of Imobulous on the Pixies? I mean, that was an scene in second year that showed what a powerful witch Hermione was. Just curious if it was just me.

No, not just you. I remember Arresto Momentum from when Harry was knocked from his Nimbus 2000 by dementors during quidditch.

True, I remember that, but that was by Dumbledore. LOL I guess I was just thinking of the first time we saw Pixies in Lockhart's class. Maybe that's why it bugged me so much. Thanks for the reply though :)

I find several Spell-Choices odd. Pixies are mostly fought with Arresto Momentum but there is one instance where Ebublio is used.

    My personal theory is this:

    • Imobulous to stop them from moving (doesn't help if the Pixies already got hold of the item that they wanted - which is always the case in Wizards Unite)
    • Arresto Momentum to mess with their reflexes (and separate them from whatever HEAVY item they cling to)
    • Ebublio to contain them when they're already moving slowly (due to playing catch with whatever LIGHT item they use)

Yes that bothered me too! I also find flippendo on the troll a bit silly! Especially with the mirror of erised!
