For a few reasons, I will be leaving the game and the community permanently. These last two community days and the last Brilliant event were absolutely horrific. Then add to that, I made a fun (yet relevant) thread on here regarding the grueling failure of the past two by relating it to having a beer instead.
My thread was removed without notification. Now, I understand I am not OWED a notification nor explanation but one would be nice... and maybe something along the lines of "this is why". It's just good practice.
It's important to note here that my thread was, as I stated, intended to be light-hearted and to allow a bit of a chuckle and fun after what was literally the worst week of HPWU. It was to allow a bit of distraction from all the otherwise vitriolic threads.
Anyway... Peace, everyone. I left the forums before because of - well... those who remember know exactly why. And I was right then.
And now I'm leaving because of where I see the game itself going. And I hate to say it... but I think I'll be right again.

I will be upfront in stating that I have flagged your comment as a report against you. I'm sure this post will be removed or censored, but I am going to post it here as well so you know that I am the one who flagged your comment.
I get that this is a family friendly forum, but the snide remarks and rudeness are uncalled for, especially from a moderator! He wasn't promoting underage drinking. He wasn't promoting alcohol abuse. He was letting his friends on the forum know that he was was shifting his focus.
As a moderator whether you are having a bad day or not, taking it out on the long standing members is not okay. Being rude because you have the power is not okay. It is abuse of power.
In this case, the history and noticeable lack of standards for allowing abusers and trolling rampant across the forum has driven many of us away. How sad that trolls and abuse is acceptable on a "family friendly site" but support of active members that strive to be supportive of the community is not.
You are repeatedly harsh, satirical, and snide in your responses and I have seen in multiple places across various social media sites commentary against your flippant remarks. Perhaps you aren't aware that although we're all human, as a moderator your job is to be better than the rest of us in kindness and understanding; and to come across as a authority without allowing your personal feelings for how beneath you we all are. Perhaps you need to learn these things from people like Lola and Blue.
At the very least, take it down a notch.
well the truth is I have a few personal reasons among those I've been missing the last two shiny events at least one of each relic of that faith that you can only get once so I decided that the fire is not as fun as it used to be and it's not that the complexity is extremely difficult but it does strike me that it has become a little more difficult than it used to be and it really doesn't give me the time and work to be playing every day and dedicate an hour of play or two hours of play which is what it would sometimes require and complete the game. than it was and the truth is I don't have the time and the work to be playing every day and dedicate an hour of play or two hours of play 3 hours of play which is what it would sometimes require and complete a brilliant event and the joke of the game at least I see it that way is this completing the sticker collection so to speak was a sticker album then nothing more guys I think...
