I'm done, too time consuming now

I have played every day since day one, but the last month or so has been ridiculous. I understand the grind, but when you have to get so many traces, and it takes 5-7 spells to get one, I mean who has the time for that. I pushed through yesterday's and went around for an hour to find the last four prophecies I needed, but today, I can't hardly find any of the multitude of traces I need. Oh well, becoming too much like a job than a fun game. I'm done. Was a blast while it lasted. Too many events, and not enough just playing for fun. Oh to be those players who have nothing else to do in their lives. Maybe if we lived in a constant stay at home world, we would all have the time. Today is the first event I won't complete, and most likely the last I attempt. Cheers.

    I haven’t completed the last few as they’re ridiculously long. Having to catch so many items wouldn’t be as bad if you didn’t have to cast 5-7 spells each time. I’ve used at least 30 potions and I don’t know how many trace detectors but won’t complete it. Last trace detector gave me three items.

    and idk why you think it (wu) needs so much time, last be took me 1 hr x 2 days to finish and that only b/c i didnt want to be out for more htan 1 hr per day, the sept cd took me 2 hrs to finish and the oct one another 1 1/2 hrs.....sooooooo much time....

    I completely agree. I love this game and have played nearly every day since it started. I also play Pokemon. This weekend was a nightmare with Sept makeup Community day the same time as Pokemon Community Day, then October the next day. I needed so many confoundables (reds) that I wasn't even close to finishing. I used up all my spell energy and potions and was still well short of reaching either Community Day event total I needed. Disappointing. There's may 1 spell energy spawn on the map every hour or so and I'm high risk. I can't go out and about for a game. It wasn't like this before. Disappointed. I don't have enough of anything to do the next Brilliant Event. Too bad, because this is a really awesome game.
