My portakey isn’t reacting any distance it’s been stuck over a week!

Help please I’ve lost over a week of play on this tried all the usual things. I’ve not moved a step in over a week

    if you deleted data w/o uninstalling the game then uninstall it and reinstall it, deleting data freezes/bugs out adventure sync.


    if youve not enabled AS from settings, that's also why :P

    if you dont have the mobile in your pocket while youre moving that's also why lol

    @Drakonite i think delete and clear chache of game data is the most probable one to locked out adv sync.

    as hpwu have so many "inconvenience" and i think many people attempt on self repair is delete and and clear chache game data.

    cache no, data yes. I've deleted cache plenty of times w/o losing AS, the 1 time I deleted data w/o uninstalling I lost AS for 2-3 weeks, then I uninstalled, reinstalled after phone restart and voila AS.

    My game has been doing the same thing over the last week or so. I first got it to work by disconnecting it from Google Fit, then reconnecting, but it started up again today. Tried all the same steps and should have unlocked one portkey and had 4 others at half done today, but haven't registered anything.


    I guess I'll uninstall/reinstall, but something else seems to be crashing AS if this is the route to fix it.
