I don't understand how, why it is so hard to get a full challenge π« There are so many players all over the globe, yet so often I sit and wait trying for a full challenge.
Do all players link in a single place or are there multiple Knight bus groupings? I have also never seen anyone from my friend list in a challenge- yet I am gifted Hogwarts fortress gifts exclusively, so they are playing on the Knight bus sometime, somewhere.
It is hard to imagine that there are times no one else is in the fortress.

There's many knight bus instances and the amount doesn't look flexible. It's a lottery: you may or may not be put in a populated instance.
Plus... I fear that a lot of people left the game.
I only see people it seems when there's an event going on. Even then though it takes forever to get a full team, and twice as long to get a balanced one. I just think people got bored and quit playing
People are getting burned out.
There is no true new content that is not currently broken (S.O.S. skill tree).
There are dozens of bugs that are still not fixed.
Every update comes with more bugs.
People can't progress in the game, without completing boring, repetative events.
They keep trying to make events more difficult to complete.
Many people live in low spawn areas and are still effected by the pandemic, so they don't have enough energy and foundables appearing.
There has been no new waypoints for over 4 months, due to Wayfarer sync being broken and it not being a priority to fix.
Game support has decreased to nearly non-existent levels.
Players are getting tired of being the Beta testers (or possibly Alpha testers, since lately it seems like they don't even make any attempts to test "bug fixes" and updates, before they go live).
Many players are reaching level 60 with excessive amounts of scrolls, books, etc; so there is little motivation to keep doing the same repetative tasks over and over (challenges, returning traces, etc.).
I could keep adding to the list. I am still playing, simply because the local community and friends that I have, that still play. We are all hoping that sooner or later, we will get actual new content and they will start actually fixing the ever growing list of bugs. The game started out great, but they seem to not really care about maintaining the game and community.
It's a bummer for me....I was unable to play until this June - my budget didn't let me go upgrade my phone just for a game, so I am a year late to the game π
Thanks to pandemic unemployment- I have been able to get to level 39 already, but get disappointed at low level of engagement.
And I am all too familiar with the poor support- Mystery Objects have never dropped.
Oh well, I left Hogwarts Mystery when I started playing HPWU, maybe I will go back to that soon....

I would like a match based on my friends list.
Let's be friends and let's invite each other into challen... oh. HPWU doesn't want to give us the feature that does exist in Pokemon GO for months. Let's ask to gether. Loudly. They might be listen.

Because of those, who keep posting "I did the last challenge in 10 seconds. Boring." and similar messages everywhere (YT, Twitter, reddit, here, ...)
