(Brilliant or other) event (tasks) feedback.

Been playing since day 1 launch, here's my 2 cents after all these months of events:


1. giving me a task to (for example) return 50 brilliant poachers and then the moment i get to that page/task poachers vanish and its 1 poacher for every 50 "other brilliant foundable" . I know ppl will claim "observational bias" but its been way too many be/tasks that that's happened in. Even in the last one, we were supposed to collect/return 20 veils, i kept finiding a lot of veils before i got to that task, then after i reached it it was 1 veil for every 20 prophecy orbs (yes i counted and clicked on every single be emblem i found/spawned). Before task it was almost even 1:1 orbs/veils. That poop needs to stop.


2. brilliant poacher resists 40 times and/or departs, thats tedious, not tough


3. asking for 2000 wxp/bexp when each foundable gives 3-## (at most emergencies give 20), portks dont give a lot or are 100% rng maybe you get 400 fxp maybe you get 1 or 0, and unless you do d5 be runes arent guaranteed to give you 10 (foundable frag drop) is too much or can be too much, 2k wasnt a trouble for this time b/c i had prepared, w fort foundables in gold page (knockturn alley and tomb) ready to place and riddle etc, but last be 500 was more tedious even if i had prepared. Can't imagine doing 2k as a new player w all DA pages in wood/vanilla/base.....id probs get bored no matter how many times id return riddle (which considering id be a new player he'd depart more times than not or id have to spend a very high amount of potions per foundable). So preferably if a task requires 2000 or 500 fxp or befxp then temporarally all releated emblems/foundables need to give a lot more fxp than normal, so that task takes time yes but not so much time that some ppl dont manage to finish it before be ends or they get frustrated and quit. 500 be fxp with veils and orbs giving single digit fxp rewards is frustrating, tedious and as boring as it gets. with 500 as a task id expect veils/orbs to be rewarding...20 or 40 each then after task is gone go back to 3-6 each.


4. in gen. resists especially when followed by a depart, and/or x# depart denied only to be followed by a depart are beyond tedious. Id LOVE it if when i clicked a foundable i had #% chances the foundable vanishes (departed) if not then regardless of the amount of resists i'll return it no matter what. (same thing more or less but at least psychologically i dont have to face something resisting 5 times to deny depart 2 times to depart the 3rd.....frustrating and tedious.


5. Events in gen. have no purpose, some 'plot' that usually makes no sense and/or is boring, most times i click dialogues off even if i dont intent to bc im trying to click something in map and there goes the popup, create a repository of dialogues where we can re-view them whenever. And events need to give new content, not existing stuff with a purple aura, new! new pages in registry, new families, new stuff that can be equiped to give us perks/buffs etc (i dont mean the assinine stickers/titles for the ministry id no one but us can see and no one bothers with) i created my ministry id at launch and havent bothered to update portrait, titles, achievements etc since then, other than to enter to remove annoying red dots. I mean stuff that can be used, perhaps a wand that has #% less resist against severes/eemergencies, or something that makes 'me' #% more powerful against deficient foes in forts or to take less damage and so on. Ideally id LOVE to be able to see a customisable avatar on map but ok I dont have such expectations from WB, theyve not shown they can do such stuff in WU (mostly the team seems to excel at creating new bugs). I wish for example that each WW would release a new family (in exploration and/or challenge reg.) and each CD would release a new page in any existing family, and families would not have more than 3-4 fort foundables each spread amongst the pages, so as to not dilute the pool too much like w the abominable LOH family. It was a pain to finish it off in gold.


6. Rewards need to change/increase SUBSTANCIALLY, if youre gonna have a task requiring 2k fxp or 12k wxp (upcoming BE) it needs to give a lot more than 2-5 of an ingredient i find 100 of in an hours walk. i wont say dont give non-rare ingreds at all, ik that what is abundant for me may be rare for some1 else, but at least give a lot of it, think 100 instead of 5. (same with spell energy, gold, and anything else that can be given as a reward), meagre/ small rewards combined with tediousness and tough tasks dont make anyone enjoy an event.


7. DADA/RSBs, they need to be increased. Think of it like this: sos was released july, and by xmas all dada/rsb related nodes need to have been finished so that you release the next major update/feature/new plans etc. I can't think of a lot of ppl (if any) that are going to wait 'patiently' for 5.5 years(!) to finish off rsb/dada related nodes when they'll have finished off everything else years before. or at worst if not by xmas, by summer (to finish off dada/rsb sos nodes) but NOT 5.5 years, thats insane to think anyone's gonna stuck with a game for time gated stuff when new content is released so infrequently and the game's riddled with small and major bugs.


8. brew potions tasks: if youre gonna have us use or brew 15 potions (upcoming be has to brew 2 ttds, 7 potions after and use a total of 17 potions), dont expect the vast majority of the players are or will rent the extra cauldron, im not saying dont have a high number of brew/use but if youre gonna have a high number do some event-related brew reduction for a specfiic potion, ie as you had done w bbe at some point that we could brew bbes at 30 mins each instead of 12 hrs. or the one with the potent in march cd. Help us out here, you want our money, give us reasons to enjoy giving it to you, or we won't. I used to give WU around 100-200 eur. a month before may, after may ive not given you a cent, game was/is too easy and there's too many bugs and tediousness to want to give you money. I can't imagine im alone in this.
