I don’t know if they’ll carry over. The flora and fauna runestones don’t apply to the current event. But it seems like the current and next event have the same name. Doesn’t hurt to keep them, no vault limit on those.
Ik going to save mine (once I get the jumper) because the next one is also going to be a Brilliant Harry Potter event and I think it will use the same runes...so I’m going to give myself the best chance as possible for next time.
@GingerGoober The rune you use determines the type of extra rewards you get, though you may not get any at all. The number on the rune signifies a modifier to the level of the fortress you choose and increases the strength of the opponents you face as well as the Challenge XP you receive. Challenge XP levels up your Challenge section in your Registry which helps you secure more of the standard books for upgrading your profession.
I’ve been through 15 brilliant runes. Only two sweaters. I just earned a new one, so 🤞🏻 Funny how this particular item is so much harder than the last event. I still have 9 left have so many left over from the last event.
P.S. anyone notice the lag is practically gone on the forum?!😃
Augh. So if I understand this correctly, then four of my six Brilliant Portkeys will send me back to that old event I long since completed with no way of telling which one belongs to which events.

Can we please get an option to delete leftover event Portkeys we don't need any longer?
...I guess the answer is no. At least give us Adventure Synch, then. So we can actually open these without draining our batteries? And a more bicycle-friendly speed recognition would be awesome.

At this point, I’m pretty sure I’ve Opened portkeys from both the flora and fauna event and the current one. Both opened to the forbidden forest, both gave trunks for current event. So no worries there.
@Combichick23 socks were talked about already because the reward for the first task list has a sock. That’s a sticker for your ID pic. The mismatched socks for the registry are earned for task list 3. The Tri wizards cup uniform on the registry is earned on the fourth list.
I understand nerfing the amount of xp you got from Harry and hedwig, but why did you reduce the amount of pts you receive to rank up the event. From a +5 to a +2 or 3. Players are having a hard time getting the Weasley Jumper as it is, now it takes twice as long to get runestones. For players who used 18 runestones to only get one Weasley Jumper, now it's gonna take longer, unless the drop rate changes.
@DosEl I agree. Nerfs went overboard, though xp one seems frustratingly low too, essentially from 500 to approx 100 xp on Medium and High event foundables that take many traces to capture. To lower the important part of family XP as well seems unbalanced regarding effort to reward.
Guess its a bug but the shadows for Harry’s desk appeared after I did a fortress with the event rune earlier! Thought the desk is for the event next week.
@CytopeAchen LOL I just looked again and it’s still there! I have pics for proof, but don’t know I can post them here. I don’t have any of the items, the daily prophet one shows 0/3 fragments, so I’m not getting ahead by any means. Must be a glitch though.
Sometimes they just chose to show you the name of something even if you haven't actually seen it before. For example, on Ministry of Magic I can see "The Veil" which is a severe one that I know I've never seen. Also, I remember being able to see the name for the one for Tonks before I ever saw her out in the world...so I feel sometimes they show you the name of one just to get you a little exited beforehand

I have done every level tower challenge from 1 to 7 with the HP brilliant event runes and still nothing. This is really frustrating.
My wife used a Flora and Fauna runestone today and got a brilliant acromantula. So there's that.

1) Harry and Hedwig are traces on the map
2) Socks and Uniform are Special Achievment rewards
3) Weasley Sweater comes from using Brilliant runestones in Fortress Challenges (not guaranteed everytime you win though)
4) Chest comes from 7km Brilliant Portkeys

It is. Its been there but I don't recall the images in white being present. It was just the desk and lamp with several areas of swirling purple haze.

I have the prophet too. I got it in a tower, but it shows 0 of 3.
I never got the prophet for the next event. It’s just showing the image for some reason.

Of course you can see all the items by looking at the countdown image for the event. Didnt realize this til yesterday lol
