Still have a black screen

Since the last week I still have black screen, when I'm in my game. Can't make potions and no fighting, because it's all black. The rest I can do perfectly.

I have the same problem as you and I know another person who deals with it. Can someone help? For now I am reinstalling the app whenever I want to play the game but it's quite irritating to do this every time.
I was advised to launch the app directly from the app store, which has worked every time for me. (I'm on Android.) I still get the black screen when launching direct from the shortcut though.
Thanks, launching from the app store really helped, but when I launch the app from the shortcut the problem is still on. I'm also on Android.
Yes!! Me too! I haven't tried launching from the app store, but that's a pretty inconvenient way of doing it 😕. Hopefully if there are a few people they'll fix it soon.
It is still happenning for me as well. As far as I know there was no fix for this black screen issue at all.
Try to update to v2.18.0 to see if it fixed the black screen issue on your Xiaomi phone and its fixed on both of my Xiaomi phones (M2011K2G and M2007J17G)
The app version, 2.18 has fixed the black screen issue for me. Please have a look for the recent new app update!
Hi I have this and am on iPhone 12. Anyone else?
2.18 fixed the black screen for me on my Xiaomi. I don't have to use the Google Play workaround anymore.
