My combat level dropped from 50892 to 28000 and I don't know why I've completed all Auror levels. I now can't go to the highest challenges I've already completed
That's a known bug. Switch to another profession and back to Auror and you will have your original score back. Also, you can go to any challenges that you unlocked, regardless of your score.
Go back into SOS training, then select combat training and switch professions from or to whichever one you would like and then you're going to switch right back over to an or and that will restore your full or points and lessons This will happen each time you spend field guides and ministry manuals to cash in on the SOS training tree so keep an eye out for it You may browse and read the different levels but as soon as you spend any for some reason our professions revert to a lesser power or a half life, if you will!.. kind of makes you think of when Voldemort was just a blob inside Professor Quirrel's turban, right?! Hahahaha hope this helps
As an android user I suffer from the "black screen" bug, frequently experience this level drop bug, the trace charm is a lottery ... today I was in a chamber with one of my friend and she gave me a shield. Well ... I 3 (three) attack while the shield appeared. There are performance issues during spell cast. It was very-very rare that I casted incomplete spell and the phone now simply doesn't recognize the full path I move my finger. And the energy consumption ... it is horrible. With the simple quick charger my phone gets fully charged within 1 hour. With HPWU running it would take 13 hours (!!!!). This means the 2A ( two ampers) of the charger is just a bit higher than the energy consumption of the game.

Everytime you spend some books on your SOS tree skills this bug kicks in. Then you need to execute the workaround provided by @HalloMami.
