How do I fix my hud I have no buttons

My hud is broke and I have no buttons how do I fix this

    @rupert47 If all you see is your three charms, tap on the ++ icon slightly above and to the right of them; to return to the regular hud view.

    I have nothing at all on my screen only my character no buttons

    Mine is the same way. I started this morning and I haven't been able to play after the tutorial. I've been trying to contact support all day but I have had zero luck. I've posted in the "report a bug" section and I haven't gotten a response.
